Torosay is let on a weekly basis with each letting commencing 2.00pm on Saturday afternoon and finishing at 10.00am on the Saturday of your departure.
Bookings are secured with a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per week booked. Cheques are to be made payable to Mr and Mrs M Abrol.
The balance of the monies due are to be paid not less than 6 weeks prior to you taking occupation. Guests are responsible for any breakages/damages, which will be charged for. We do require a £100.00 bond being a breakages/damages deposit. Please see the booking terms and conditions.
It is important that you vacate promptly to enable Torosay to be thoroughly cleaned before its next guests arrive. We would however appreciate that you keep our holiday home in a neat and tidy state throughout your period of occupation. Please leave it as you find it.
